Quebec is BEAUTIFUL!
Stupid me forgot to bring the cable and card adapter for my memory card so I don't have pictures yet. However, I've been walking around all day and the scenery is astounding (even though it's been cloudy/rainy/snowy the whole time). It reminded me of walking through the streets of Europe; tightly-packed buildings, some narrow streets, etc.
A message to the camera gurus: don't knock the Konica Minolta 7D kit lens, it's a sharp lens (especially when stopped down to about f/8 through f/11). The range is versatile (17-70/3.5-5.6) and it performs well in crappy weather (eliminates the risk of ruining my more expensive lenses in bad weather).
More on Quebec tomorrow when I go and buy the card adapter.

I really like the kit lens too. It's also very light, which is a plus. My 24-85 is a better lens (sharper and better color rendition), but it's sometimes too heavy, and not wide enough.
